Not received the purchased / subscribed goods or services: You should check with the merchant for the reason of not providing the goods or services for which you have purchased / subscribed.
Not received refund after goods returned: You should check with the merchant for the refund status first.
Debited for recurrent payment after cancellation / termination of service: You should contact the merchant to cancel the recurrent transaction.

Permanently decrease credit limit: You can request to decrease your credit limit permanently via below channels.

New Credit Card with Visa payWave Function: Starting from 1 October 2018, DBS Visa Card and supplementary card (if any) with Visa payWave function will be sent to our credit card customers upon card renewal or replacement.
New Mastercard with Contactless Payment Function: Starting from 28 August 2019, DBS Mastercard and supplementary card (if any) will come with contactless payment function upon renewal or replacement.
New Black American Express® Card with Contactless Payment Function: Starting from 12 September 2019, DBS Black American Express Card and supplementary card (if any) will come with contactless payment function upon renewal or replacement.

Renew expired credit card: We will send you a new credit card to replace your existing credit card before one month of expiry date.
Replace damaged credit card: If your credit card is damaged, you can apply for credit card replacement via DBS digibot.
Report credit card lost: If your credit card is lost or stolen, you can report the loss or theft via DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our hotline.
