You can apply Flexi Shopping with your DBS Credit Cards (except Private Label or Business Cards) through DBS Omni
Log into DBS Omni on your phone
Go to “Menu bar” at the upper left corner; click “Spending Instalment Plans”, then select “Flexi shopping”
Scroll down and click “Apply Now”
Select credit card and input contact number, then select repayment tenor and input transaction information
Agree to the “Terms & Conditions”, then click “Next”
Fill in your “First 4 digits of HKID” and “Date of Birth”, click “Confirm” to submit application
You can apply Flexi Shopping with your DBS Credit Cards (except Private Label or Business Cards) through hotline
Click “3” for English language
Follow the instructions and key in credit card number, transaction date and amount to apply Flexi Shopping
All Flexi Shopping application should be completed 6 working days before the payment due date printed on the monthly statement. Otherwise, you are required to first settle payment for the relevant Eligible Transaction in full before the payment due date. Once the application for the Programme is successful, the payment you made for the relevant Eligible Transaction will be credited to your Card Account and the relevant Eligible Transaction will be converted into a Flexi-Shopping Transaction and net-off the statement balance in the following month.
After the online application is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation letter.
