How to Change Octopus Card for Octopus Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS)?
You can add the new Octopus Card for Octopus Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) through Card+
Only one Octopus Card can be linked to a Credit Card account, please contact Octopus Card Limited to cancel the existing AAVS in advance. Upon cancellation of the AAVS, you may simply register the AAVS with your new Octopus card.
The old Octopus Card will be replaced after the processed is completed in 7 working days.
