Setup a specific credit limit for designed credit card

You can fill up an application form “Credit Card/ Cashline Revoling Loan – Service Request Form” , please fill in the following items in application form and fax to 25726922:

• Name

• HKID/passport number

• Credit card number

• Tick “Others” under item “Applicable to Credit Card only”, and state “Cap credit limit at (amount)”

• Sign the form
