Remark: A confirmation letter will be issued for your record after we have processed the application. If you are a DBS Card+ app user, the electronic confirmation letter will be issued via DBS Card+. You can view the confirmation letter under DBS Card+ "eLetter" function. If you are not a DBS Card+ app user, the confirmation letter will be sent to you by post. If you do not agree, please send an email to [email protected] and quote "Request for Temporary Adjustment of Combined Credit Limit Request Confirmation Letter" in the content of the email.
