What can I do if I forget the password?

You can reset the password by following steps:

1. Press "Forgot Password?" in DBS Card+ login page

2. Enter below information: English Name, Email, Date of Birthday, Credit Card Number, CVV, First Four Digit of your HKID or Passport

3. Enter new password  

4. Please use the new password to login DBS Card+
