Report credit card loss or theft
If your credit card is lost or stolen, you can report the loss or theft via DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our hotline.
You should report your loss or stolen card immediately through DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our 24-Hour Credit Card Customer Services Hotline.
Choose “More” > “App & Security Settings” > “Report Lost Card”
Follow instruction to report lost card
Calling by registered mobile phone:
- In the Personalized Menu, press 2>1>3
Calling by other phones:
- For Cantonese, press: 1>1>3
- For Putonghua, press: 2>1>3
- For English, press: 3>1>3
Note: Third parties are permitted to call our hotline to report lost or trapped credit cards on behalf of persons with hearing impairment.
