Report credit card loss or theft

If your credit card is lost or stolen, you can report the loss or theft via DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our hotline.

You should report your loss or stolen card immediately through DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our 24-Hour Credit Card Customer Services Hotline.

DBS digibot

If you are a DBS iBanking user, you can log in DBS digibot to apply for Card Block & Replacement:

Login to DBS Card+
  1. Choose “More” > “App & Security Settings” > “Report Lost Card”

  2. Follow instruction to report lost card

Calling by registered mobile phone:

  • In the Personalized Menu, press 2>1>3

Calling by other phones:

  • For Cantonese, press: 1>1>3
  • For Putonghua, press: 2>1>3
  • For English, press: 3>1>3

Note: Third parties are permitted to call our hotline to report lost or trapped credit cards on behalf of persons with hearing impairment.
