If your credit card is lost or stolen, you can report the loss or theft via DBS digibot, DBS Card+ or our hotline.

You should report your loss or stolen card immediately through below channels.

DBS Card+ mobile App
  1. Log in to DBS Card+ mobile App

  2. Choose "More" > "Apply" > "Replace/Report Lost Card"

  3. Follow instruction to report lost card without waiting
