Report credit card loss or theft

If your credit card is lost or stolen, you can call our hotline or login to DBS Card+ to report the loss or theft.

You should report your loss or stolen card immediately through our 24-Hour Credit Card Customer Services Hotline or DBS Card+.


  • Call our hotline 2290 8888

      • Calling by registered mobile phone:
          • In the Personalized Menu, press 2>1>3
      • Calling by other phones:
          • For Cantonese, press: 1>1>3
          • For Putonghua, press: 2>1>3
          • For English, press: 3>1>3

  • Login to DBS Card+

    • Choose “More” > “App & Security Settings” > “Report Lost Card”

    • Follow instruction to report lost card


Note: Third parties are permitted to call our hotline to report lost or trapped credit cards on behalf of persons with hearing impairment.
