Redeem Asia Miles^TM with COMPASS Dollar

1. Log in to Card+ mobile app on your phone

2. Tap "Rewards" at the bottom menu bar

3. Tap "eSHOP"

4. Scroll the top bar and select "Mileage"

5. Follow the steps to redeem Asia Miles^TM using your COMPASS Dollar

• $100 COMPASS Dollar = 1,000 Asia Miles^TM

• In order to receive your Miles more efficiently, please ensure that the information of your Asia Miles account registered in the DBS Card+ is correct (including membership number, member first name, member surname). The redemption will be instantly completed and credited into your Asia Miles account if the Asia Miles membership information provided is correct.

• A handling fee of HK$100 will be charged for every 5,000 (or part thereof) flying miles redeemed under each redemption.

• There is no maximum charge per redemption.

• The handling fee will be charged to the cardholder's credit card account.

• Every $100 Compass Dollar can be converted into 1,000 Asia Miles.

• Every transaction can redeem a maximum of 999,000 Asia Miles. If you want to redeem more than this amount, please separate into a few transactions for redemption.

• Each conversion must be conducted in multiples of 1,000 Asia Miles.

• To redeem Asia Miles, a cardholder must provide the Asia Miles membership number, member first name and member surname.
