How to manage your own accounts or 3rd party account for Telephone Banking
By filling the Phone Banking Services Account Application / Maintenance Form, you are able to add/delete your own or 3rd party account to your Telephone Banking account
Please download and fill the Phone Banking Services Account Application / Maintenance form and submit to one of the DBS branches.
Fill in personal details and select your request
Add / Delete your own DBS account(s)
Simply fill in details to the part of “Add/Delete the following designated account(s) to/from my PBS Account”
Details include: Account Type and Account Number
Add / Delete 3rd party account(s)
It is applicable to 3rd party account at either DBS or other local bank
Simply fill in details to the part of “Add/delete the following third party account(s) for funds transfer to/from my PBS Account”
Details include: Bank Code, Branch Code, Account Number, Account Type and Account Name
3rd party DBS credit card account can also be added
