You can update your mobile number for your bank account through DBS iBanking or application form.

Update via DBS iBanking
  1. Log in to DBS iBanking

  2. Click “Preference” at the right upper corner, then select “Update Personal Details” on the pull down menu

  3. Use Digital Token, Secure Device or One Time Password (OTP) to enter “Update Personal Details” page

  4. - Use Digital Token for authentication

    - Use Secure Device or One Time Password (OTP) for authentication

  5. Input your new mobile number at “Mobile Phone No.” field

  6. Select “Immediate effect” or “Schedule Date” for your changes, then click “Next” to proceed

  7. Verify details & click “Submit”

  8. Confirm the changes with Secure Device and OTP again (click here to show the steps) (OTP will be sent to your email address if you are using Digital Token for authentication)


Remarks: The changes will take effect within 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).


Fill in “Change of Customer's Personal Data Instruction Form” and submit via Drop Box in DBS branches
  1. You can download “Change of Customer's Personal Data Instruction Form” here

  2. Complete the form including your new mobile/ residential/ office phone number and sign the form

  3. Put in the Drop Box in any of our branches


Remarks: The change will normally be processed within 5 business days from receipt of a duly completed form.
