New DBS iBanking / DBS digibank Users

A letter with your Initial Username and simple instructions* on activation has been mailed to you by the end of August. DBS iBanking and DBS digibank services will be available from 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017# upon activation.

* Applicable to customers with valid mobile phone numbers registered with ANZ or DBS (for existing DBS customers), excluding ANZ personal loan account holders, non-individual account holders, and joint account holders with all-to-sign arrangement. Customers who wish to enjoy DBS iBanking / DBS digibank but currently have no valid mobile phone numbers registered with ANZ or DBS can contact their Relationship Managers on or after Monday, 11 September 2017

# If you have a joint investment fund account which can be operated by either joint account holder separately, it will be available via DBS iBanking/DBS digibank from 6:00pm on Tuesday, 12 September 2017.

Existing DBS iBanking / DBS digibank Users

ANZ accounts being transferred to DBS can be accessed via your existing DBS iBanking and DBS digibank services from 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017#. Simply log in with your existing username and password.

# If you have a joint investment fund account which can be operated by either joint account holder separately, it will be available via DBS iBanking/DBS digibank from 6:00pm on Tuesday, 12 September 2017.

New DBS ATM Card Holders

A letter with your new DBS ATM Card to enable you to access your transferred ANZ accounts and simple instructions on how to acknowledge the new DBS ATM Card has been mailed to you by the end of August.

For security reasons, your Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) will be sent to you separately after acknowledgement of your new DBS ATM Card.

With the new ATM Card and PIN, you can manage your account(s) through ATMs supporting JETCO and China UnionPay networks worldwide, starting 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017.

Existing DBS ATM Card Holders

A letter with your new DBS ATM Card to enable you to access your transferred ANZ accounts and simple instructions on how to acknowledge the new DBS ATM Card has been mailed to you by the end of August.

Please note that an indicator, “NEW”, will be embossed onto your new DBS ATM Card for your easy reference.

For security reasons, your Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) will be sent to you separately after acknowledgement of your new DBS ATM Card.

With the new ATM Card and PIN, you can manage your account(s) through ATMs supporting JETCO and China UnionPay networks worldwide, starting 9.00am on Monday, 11 September 2017.

We encourage you to consolidate your DBS accounts (up to 10 accounts) into one DBS ATM Card for your convenience. Simply visit any DBS branch or call our DBS Customer Service Hotline for assistance after the Transfer.
