  • What will happen to my policy that is currently pledged as collateral for an ANZ loan?

    All your outstanding loans will be transferred to DBS. The policy that is used as collateral for an ANZ loan will continue to be pledged under a new DBS loan.

  • What will happen to my insurance policy premium payment from my ANZ account to the insurer?

    No further action is required from you. Direct debit authorisations will continue with your new DBS account.

  • My address and contact information with ANZ is outdated. Who should I inform to ensure that future communications will reach me?

    Please update your contact numbers, email address and mailing address with ANZ, and with DBS if you are an existing DBS customer, at your earliest convenience to ensure you are able to receive all upcoming communications regarding the Transfer. After the Transfer, please contact your respective insurance companies directly.
