    Emergency cash can be arranged from 00.00am on Saturday 9 September 2017 to 9.00am on Monday 11 September 2017 by calling our dedicated call centre at +852 2290 8990. We can promptly arrange cash for you to collect at our cash service points in Hong Kong. If you need any help outside this period, please call us and we will be happy to assist.

      • Direct debit authorisations (debiting from your ANZ account)
      • Direct debits from ANZ Current and/or Savings accounts to pay a third-party billing organisation e.g. utilities and telecom.
      • No further customer action is required. The instructions will be transferred to DBS.

        Instructions for Dual Currency Mortgage / Single Currency Mortgage loan repayments will not be transferred to DBS (applicable to DBS Private Bank clients only).
      • Standing instructions (debiting from your ANZ account)
      • Recurring funds transfer to any Banks in Hong Kong and overseas, which includes settlement of Regular Investment Savings Plan.
      • No further customer action is required. The instructions will be transferred to DBS.

        Instructions for Dual Currency Mortgage / Single Currency Mortgage loan repayments will not be transferred to DBS (applicable to DBS Private Bank clients only).
      • Standing instructions (crediting to your ANZ account)
      • Recurring funds transfer to your ANZ account from other Banks.
      • Fund transfers to your existing ANZ account will be credited to your new DBS accounts until 9 December 2017.

        Please notify the related parties as soon as you receive your new DBS account information after the Transfer.
      • International telegraphic transfer (crediting to your ANZ account)
      • International telegraphic transfer from other Banks in Hong Kong and overseas to your ANZ Current and/or Savings Account.
      • Fund transfers to your existing ANZ account will be credited to your new DBS accounts until 9 December 2017.

        Please notify the related parties as soon as you receive your new DBS account information after the Transfer.
      • Same day CHATS (crediting to your ANZ account)
      • Local transfer from other Banks in Hong Kong to your ANZ Current and/or Savings account.
      • Fund transfers to your existing ANZ account will be credited to your new DBS accounts until 9 December 2017.

        Please notify the related parties as soon as you receive your new DBS account information after the Transfer.
      • Scheduled future funds transfer set up via ANZ Digital Banking (debiting from your ANZ account)
      • One-time and recurring funds transfer to another account held with any Bank in Hong Kong and overseas.
      • No further customer action is required.

        These transfers will be executed according to your previous instructions placed via ANZ Digital Banking.

        Please note that these instructions cannot be viewed via DBS iBanking. If you would like to cancel or change the request, please amend the instruction at any DBS branch after the Transfer.

    For any of the above instructions falling on Saturday, 9 September 2017, DBS will process them on Monday, 11 September 2017.

  • Direct Marketing Consent

    To ensure that you will receive appropriate updates, market opportunities and customer privileges from DBS after the Transfer, we require your consent to use your personal data in direct marketing. If you have not yet responded, please complete the Direct Marketing Consent Form below.

    If you are an ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers and operating companies under ANZ Signature Priority Banking or ANZ Private Bank, please download this form.

    If you are an existing DBS customer, DBS will follow your existing preference on direct marketing given to DBS unless you return the form with an updated preference.

  • Consent to the use of deposit information

    If you have previously given your consent that ANZ can provide full wealth management services to you by referring to your total portfolio, you will be deemed to consent to the use of your deposit information by DBS. If you would like to update your preference, please call DBS dedicated customer service hotline on +852 2290 8990.

  • Relationship with staff member(s) or director(s) of DBS (only applicable to borrowing customers)

    As a licensed bank, DBS is subject to certain limitations on providing loans to connected persons. If you are or will be a relative/spouse (to the best of your knowledge) of any of the directors or employees of DBS, DBS Bank Ltd. or any of its other subsidiaries on or after the Effective Time, please complete the “Declaration Form for Relationship with Staff Member(s) or Director(s) of the Bank” and return it to DBS as per the P.O. address on the Form by 25 August 2017. Please notify DBS immediately in writing if any such relationships arise.
