DBS Treasures

To help you find out more about your statement arrangements, we have prepared the following reference guide for you to take note:

  • Are you a new DBS customer?
    • You will receive your DBS statement(s) in paper form with the statement date being the last day of each month. If you would like to receive eStatement1, please activate DBS iBanking from 11 September 2017 with the Initial Username that we mailed to you at the end of August 2017. Thereafter, you will receive eStatements.
    • Your DBS statement(s) will follow the existing format at ANZ, which is either a consolidated statement for all product holdings or standalone statement(s)2 for each product.
    • If you are holding a joint account, each account holder will receive one copy of consolidated statement3. For those with a DBS Wealth Management Account (WMA)4, one set of consolidated statement will be issued, regardless of the number of account holders.

    1. The DBS eStatement service is not available to standalone statement(s), joint account holders with all-to-sign arrangements and company account(s) (non-individual account(s)).

    2. Standalone statement is not available for Time Deposit. A separate one-off advice for time deposit transferred from ANZ (if applicable) will be provided in September for your easy reference. If you have an insurance product purchased via ANZ, please contact the relevant insurer directly for any enquiries in respect of your policy. Please note the insurance policies will not be shown in DBS statements.

    3. If you have opted for standalone statement(s) for each product at ANZ or the statement address registered for the account holders are different, one copy of statement will be issued for each transferred account.

    4. For customers holding a WMA, both paper and eStatements will be available. To opt for eStatement ONLY, please log in to DBS iBanking > My Account > eStatement > Manage eStatement/ eAdvice and update your statement preference.

  • Are you an existing DBS customer?

    Below are the most common scenarios:

    1. If your addresses registered for statements with DBS and ANZ are identical, your transferred account(s) and product holdings will be displayed in your existing DBS consolidated statement, following the existing DBS statement date1,2. For your easy reference, those transferred account(s) and product holdings3 will be highlighted in your DBS consolidated statements for 6 months.
    2. If your addresses registered for statements with DBS and ANZ are different, your DBS statement arrangement will remain unchanged1,2. Meanwhile, you will receive standalone statements4 for each of your transferred account(s) at the statement address you registered with ANZ.

    • If you are holding a joint account and the statement addresses registered for all account holders are the same:

      Each account holder will receive one copy of consolidated statement5. For those with a Wealth Management Account (WMA)6, one set of consolidated statement will be issued, regardless of the number of account holders.

    • If you would like to receive eStatements7:

      Simply subscribe by logging into DBS iBanking > My account > eStatement. If you have already subscribed to receive DBS eStatements prior to the transfer, you will receive your eStatement, which will include your transferred account(s) and product holdings, if the addresses registered for your ANZ and DBS statements are identical.

    • If you are currently receiving standalone statements at DBS:

      You will receive separate statements for your transferred account(s) and product holdings.

    1. If a new Wealth Management Account (WMA) is opened for the transferred ANZ product holdings, your statement date will be changed to the last day of each month.

    2. If you currently hold a Wealth Management Account (WMA) at DBS and have opened a new Wealth Management Account (WMA) for transferred ANZ product holdings, your existing DBS statement arrangement will remain unchanged, while you will receive standalone statement(s) for each of your transferred account(s).

    3. For securities and/or investment funds transferred from ANZ to your existing Securities Account and/or Investment Funds Account at DBS, they will be displayed under the transaction history of your first DBS statement.

    4. Standalone statement is not available for Time Deposit. A separate one-off advice for time deposit transferred from ANZ (if applicable) will be provided in September for your easy reference. If you have an insurance product purchased via ANZ, please contact the relevant insurer directly for any enquiries in respect of your policy. Please note the insurance policies will not be shown in DBS statements.

    5. In case of standalone statement(s), one copy of statement will be issued for each transferred account.

    6. For customers holding a WMA, both paper and eStatements will be available. To opt for eStatement ONLY, please log in to DBS iBanking > My Account > eStatement > Manage eStatement/ eAdvice and update your statement preference.

  • Are you an existing client of DBS and a client of ANZ Private Bank before the Transfer?
    • If your addresses registered for statements with DBS and ANZ are identical:

      Your transferred account(s) and product holdings and existing DBS product holdings will be displayed in your DBS consolidated statement1 on the last day of each month. The transferred account(s) and product holdings will be highlighted for 6 months for your easy reference.

    • If your addresses registered for statements with DBS and ANZ are different:

      You will receive separate statements for your DBS and the transferred account(s) and product holdings on the last day of each month.

    • If you are holding a joint account:

      One set of consolidated statement will be issued, regardless of the number of account holders.

    • If you would like to receive eStatements2:

      Simply subscribe by logging into DBS iBanking > My account > eStatement. If you have already subscribed to receive DBS eStatements prior to the transfer, you will receive your eStatement, which will include your transferred account(s) and product holdings, if the addresses registered for your ANZ and DBS statements are identical.

  • Are you an existing client of DBS Private Bank and a client of ANZ Signature Priority Banking before the Transfer?
    • Your existing DBS statement arrangement will remain unchanged.
    • You will receive separate statements1,2 for your transferred account(s) and product holdings on the last day of each month.
    • If you would like to receive eStatements3, simply subscribe by logging into DBS iBanking > My account > eStatement. If you have already subscribed to receive DBS eStatements prior to the transfer, you will receive your eStatement, which will include your transferred account(s) and product holdings, if the addresses registered for your ANZ and DBS statements are identical.

Depending on your ANZ product holdings, your ANZ products will be displayed in your existing DBS consolidated statement if the addresses registered for your ANZ and DBS statements are identical.     2. Standalone statement is not available for time deposit migrated to your DBS Personal Banking account. A separate one-off advice for time deposit transferred from ANZ (if applicable) will be provided in September for your easy reference. Please note the insurance policies will not be shown in DBS statements.

DBS Institutional Banking

To help you find out more about your statement arrangements, we have prepared the following reference guide for you to take note:

Your DBS statement(s) will be issued from September 2017. You will receive a monthly consolidated statement for your investment product holdings, if applicable, and standalone statement(s) will be issued for each of your current and savings accounts.
