Request for Credit Cards Paper Statement

You can request a hard copy of your current or previous credit card statements for DBS credit cards or other co-branded credit cards under "Request" > "Credit Card Statement".

Pay

Pay Bills

To settle bills, select “Pay Bills” under “Pay”, then select "Category" and "Payee". You can use "My Payee List" to set up your frequent payee list and settle your regular bills easier in future, without inputting payee details every time.

e-Bill

You can enrol a new payee for receiving and settling e-bills via DBS iBanking. You may also enrol a payee for bills not issued to you.

My Payee List

Simply click on “My Payee List” under “Pay” to set up your own payee list, so that you can avoid the hassle of re-entering the same payee details during your next payment. Click on "Add Payee" to input new payee details.

Set up Direct Debit Authorisation

Simply fill in your application details in English and click on "Submit" to proceed. Your request will normally be processed within 3 bank business days.

Transfer

To My DBS Account

You can transfer HKD or other currencies between your various DBS Bank accounts.

To Other DBS Account

You can transfer funds to a third party account held at DBS Bank in HKD.

To Other Local Bank Account

You can transfer funds to a third party account held at other local banks in HKD.

DBS Remit and Overseas Transfer

To conduct remit and overseas transfer, please go to [Transfer] > [DBS Remit and Overseas Transfer]

View Registered Payee and Transaction Status

Select “View Registered Payee and Transaction Status” under “Transfer”. Then simply click on "Manage Registered Payee for Funds Transfer" to set up your own payee list, so that you can avoid the hassle of re-entering the same payee details every time for your funds transfer.

Simply fill in your application details in English and click on "Submit" to proceed. Your request will normally be processed within 3 bank business days.

If you are not a DBS iBanking customer yet, nor a DBS Bank's single name securities account, please submit the Investment Products Consolidated Application Form to any of our branches before using this service.

Conduct Financial Needs Analysis

You can complete the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) online to review your financial objectives and situation on a regular basis (at least annually), and help you assess your attitude towards investment risk.

Open an Account

To open a banking account via iBanking, please go to [Open] > [Open an account]

Time Deposit Placement

You can set up a time deposit under "Open" > "Time Deposit Placement" via DBS iBanking. An account number will be assigned for each time deposit.

Securities Account

If you are a DBS iBanking customer and a sole holder of a HKD current/save & cheque account without a securities account, you can submit an application for the opening of a securities account through DBS iBanking.

Investment Fund Account

If you are a DBS iBanking customer and a sole holder of a HKD current/save & cheque account and multi-currency account, you can submit an application for the opening of an investment fund account through DBS iBanking.

Credit Cards

If you have registered DBS iBanking already, you can apply for new credit card via iBanking

Request

Credit Card Paper Statement

You can request a hard copy of your current or previous credit card statements for DBS credit cards or other co-branded credit cards under "Request" > "Credit Card Statement".

Other Accounts Paper Statements

You can request a current monthly statement, current consolidated statement or a statement for the last 3 years for your DBS Bank account, DBS Treasures Account or DBS Wealth Account.

Cheque book

You can request a cheque book for your current account under "Request" > "Request Cheque Book". The cheque book will usually be sent to you by regular mail within 7 business days.

Stop Cheque

To stop cheques you have issued, go to "My Accounts" > "Deposit Account Summary" > "Stop Cheque". Please key in the cheque number you wish to stop or provide the cheque number range for multiple cheques (maximum 50 cheques in consecutive numbers from the same cheque book per instruction). You can only stop cheques which have not been presented or stopped before.

If you wish to use ATM services overseas, please activate the function in advance by setting the service start date / end date and the withdrawal limit.

Preferences

Change DBS iBanking Password

For security reasons, please change your DBS iBanking password regularly. New password must be made up of 8 to 30 characters with the combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.

Change Security Setting

You can instruct that your Secure Device and/or SMS OTP be required to authenticate all types of transactions or only the following transactions that require a higher level of security

Manage Transaction Limit

To view and change your DBS iBanking daily limit, select "Manage Transaction Limit" under "Preferences".

Update Personal Details

You can update your personal details under "Preferences" > "Update Personal Details". Your Secure Device and SMS OTP will be required to authenticate the transaction.

Manage Account Display

You can select the account(s) to be shown in DBS iBanking

Personalize My Account Nickname

To amend the nickname of your account, simply select the account and enter a new nickname at "Preference" > "Personalize My Account Nickname".

Manage My Alerts

If the delivery of any email notifications to your registered email address fails, we will notify you by SMS/letter. You may log in to DBS iBanking to update your registered email address. You can update your email address for receiving alerts.

Update My Contact Email For Alerts

If the delivery of any email notifications to your registered email address fails, we will notify you by SMS/letter. You may log in to DBS iBanking to update your registered email address. You can update your email address for receiving alerts.

Subscribe for / Change Securities Order Confirmation

You can choose to receive your alerts by e-mail or SMS at your designated e-mail address or mobile phone number. To change the settings of the Securities Order Confirmation service, click on "Amend Securities Order Confirmation" and follow the instructions.

Messages

You can view messages sent to you by DBS Bank, including information about your iBanking transactions or instruction status, or announcements about iBanking services. You can choose to view or delete messages in "Messages" anytime.
