Request a new secure device

If you are an existing DBS iBanking customer, you can request a new secure device through DBS iBanking or our branches.

If you are an existing DBS iBanking customer and didn’t apply secure device before, you can request a new secure device through DBS iBanking following the steps below

a) DBS iBanking (Highly recommend)

  1. Login to DBS iBanking

  2. Select “Request” at the right of the top menu, then select “New Secure Device”

  3.  

  4. Input the One Time Password sent to your mobile phone, then click “Login”

  5.  

  6. Select “New Request” in Request/Replacement Reason, then click “Next”

  7.  

  8. You have successfully requested a new Secure Device.

 

Note:

  • The new secure device will be sent to you within one week

 

b) Branch

You can go to branch in person to request new secure device

Note:

  • The new secure device will be sent to you within one week

 

If your secure device is damaged or out of battery, you can request replacement following the steps below

a) DBS iBanking (Highly recommend)

  1. Login to DBS iBanking

  2. Select “Request” at the right of the top menu, then select “New Secure Device”

  3.  

  4. Input the One Time Password sent to your mobile phone, then click “Login”

  5.  

  6. Select “Replacement” in Request/Replacement Reason, and select the request reason (Battery Flat/Lost/Damage), then click “Next”

  7.  

  8. You have successfully requested a new Secure Device.

 

Note:

  • Replacement, due to loss or damage, will be subject to a HKD$100 fee

  • The new secure device will be sent to you within one week

 

b) Branch

You can go to branch in person to request new secure device

Note:

  • Replacement, due to loss or damage, will be subject to a HKD$100 fee

  • The new secure device will be sent to you within one week
