How do I renew my policy

Learn more about the renewal process of our products

For TravellerShield Annual Travel Insurance, HomeShield Insurance, LandlordShield, MobileShield / Digi Devices Protection, MasterShield Illness Protection, JuniorShield Child Illness Protection, MyShield and PassengerOne, your policy will be automatically renewed. An auto-renewal email notification will be sent to you prior to the policy due date, and the premium will be charged prior to the policy due date.

There is no need to reply to the email if you opt to renew the policy.
