How do I renew my policy

For TravellerShield Annual Travel Insurance, HomeShield Insurance and LandlordShield Insurance, your policy will be automatically renewed. An auto-renewal email notification will be sent to you 30 days prior to the policy due date, and the premium will be charged 15 days prior to the policy due date.

There is no need to reply to the email if you opt to renew the policy.
