You can retrieve Phone Banking account number or request Phone Banking Pin through iBanking
To retrieve Phone Banking account number and request Phone Banking Pin, please follow the below steps:
1. Login iBanking and choose "Phone Banking Pin" under "Request":
2. Click "View Full Account No":
3. Enter 6-digit OTP received on your mobile phone:
4. Full 7-digit Phone Banking Account Number is shown:
5. Confirm and Submit for requesting the Phone Banking Pin. The Pin will be posted to you by ordinary mail in 7 business days:
