Ways to settle Cashline Revolving Loan statement balance

Please make transfer from your DBS bank account to Cashline Revolving Loan account from Monday to Saturday before 23:30

1. Login your DBS iBanking account

2. Select “My Accounts”

3. Select “Cashline Revolving Loan”

4. Choose to pay your statement balance, minimum payment, or pay other amount

OR:

1. Login your DBS iBanking account

2. At the top menu bar, select “Transfer” then select “To My DBS Account”

3. Then you can make payment from your DBS bank account to Cashline Revolving Loan account, and key in the amount that you would like to transfer

4. Your can choose "Transfer Now" to transfer immediately or choose "Scheduled Transfer" to transfer on centain date, then press “Next”

5. Confirm payment details & click “Submit” for your request

2. Select “Cashline Revolving Loan”

3. Click “Make a payment”

4. Choose to settle your statement balance, minimum payment of your current statement or another amount from your DBS bank account to Cashline Revolving Loan account

5. Your can choose "Immediate" to make a payment immediately or choose to make payment on centain date

6. Click "NEXT" and confirm the payment instruction

You can click here to download the “Direct Debit Authorization Form” of Cashline Revolving Loan, complete and return back to any of our branches or send us by mail. Your statement balance (either in full payment or minimum payment based on your choice) will automatically be settled every month through direct debit from your designated bank account on the “Payment Due Date”. It is hassle-free and reliable.

Note:

• Processing time: 4-8 weeks.

• Free of charge.

• Please continue to settle your Cashline Revolving Loan statement balance by other means until you have received a statement with “AUTOMATIC PAYMENT” printed on it.

Note:

• Please fill in “Credit Card/Cashline Card ATM/Other Terminal Function Set Up Form” for the linkage of your DBS bank account and Cashline card, the processing time usually takes 10 working days.

• The maximum monthly transfer limit is HK$100,000.

Note:

• Post-dated cheque is not accepted.
• Please issue a crossed cheque with payee name "DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited", and mark your Cashline Revolving Loan account number at the back of the cheque for Cashline Revolving Loan statement balance payment.
• By mail to GPO Box 9011 Hong Kong, please send your cheque at least 5 working days prior to the payment due date.

• The daily cash deposit limit is limited to a maximum of HK$100,000.
