Please bring along the following original documents and visit any of our branches for the account opening application:
Identity document; and
Valid proof of residential address issued within the last 3 months
You may also make an online appointment for account opening. You will receive an email and a call for confirmation after making an appointment.
Personal or joint account*, aged 18 or above
Have a deposit of HK$1,000,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currencies) or above
*For a joint account, only TWO account holders are allowed. The account can be operated on an either-to-sign or both-to-sign basis. However, for both-to-sign accounts, NO DBS iBanking/DBS digibank HK app or securities account services will be provided. Sole-proprietorship, partnership and association are NOT accepted as accountholders.
