How can I view my account statement?
You can simply enrol the eStatement service to enquire the monthly Statement details without being charged the Paper Statement Fee.
If you are an existing DBS iBanking user, eStatement service will be subscribed for you automatically.
If you have not yet registered for DBS iBanking, eStatement will only take effect upon your activation of DBS iBanking.
Before the eStatement is in place, your account statement will be mailed to your credit card statement address.
To save the environment and reduce paper consumption, a Paper Statement Fee has become effective for both credit card accounts and banking accounts. Please click here for more information about eStatement.
