How can I receive my account statement?

If you are an existing DBS iBanking user, eStatement service will be subscribed for you automatically.

If you have not yet registered for DBS iBanking, eStatement will only take effect upon your activation of DBS iBanking.  

Before the eStatement is in place, your account statement will be mailed to your credit card statement address.

Paper Statement Fee to credit card accounts has become effective from 1 January 2017. Credit Card customers who receive at least one paper statement from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 will be charged a Paper Statement Fee of HK$50 per annum starting from 2021 onwards.
