- Accessible anytime, anywhere. Simply log in to DBS digibank HK, go to “More” tab and select “eStatement”, or log in to DBS iBanking and browse "My Accounts" > "eStatement“ to enquire and download eStatements for up to 7 years1, without rummaging through physical files2
- For DBS credit card customers, eStatement service is also available to you via DBS Card+
. Simply download and register DBS Card+, login and select “eStatement” under the menu to view your credit card eStatements.

How can I subscribe for eStatement?
DBS iBanking
Step 1: Login to DBS iBanking (go.dbs.com/hk-ib)*
Step 2: Select "eStatement" under "My Accounts"
Step 3: Click "Manage eStatement/ eAdvice" and choose to receive e-Copy of your selected account(s)
*If you have forgotten your username and password, simply access the DBS iBanking login page, click "Forget Username" / "Forgot Password" to retrieve your username / reset your password.

DBS Card+
All DBS credit card customers are already able to view eStatements via DBS Card+ mobile application automatically.
Customers who have opted for paper statements for Credit Card Account, Cashline Account or Wealth Management Accounts, are able to access eStatements on DBS iBanking .
How to view your eStatement?
An SMS or email notification will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number once the latest eStatement is available. Log in to DBS iBanking to view your eStatement

How to Download & Print eStatement?

- Step 1: On the eStatement PDF page, click the “download” button on top right corner.
- Step 2: PDF will be downloaded and saved to your device.
DBS iBanking
- On the eStatement page, select the "Account Type / Number" and "Statement Date", then click the “GO” button
- Your selected eStatement will be displayed in a new popup window
- Click the “Save a copy” or “Print” button on the toolbar of new popup window

Paper Statement Fee to Credit Card Accounts
We are dedicated to making a greener future. In order to save the environment and reduce paper consumption, a Paper Statement Fee to credit card accounts has become effective from 1 January 2017.
Credit Card customers who receive at least one paper statement from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 will be charged a Paper Statement Fee of HK$50 per annum starting from 2023 onwards.
The fee will be directly debited from the credit card account on 1 January 2023. Thereafter, if credit card customers receive at least one paper statement within any calendar year (January to December every year), a fee of HK$50 will continue to be applied each year.
- Who will be charged for Paper Statement Fee?
The Paper Statement Fee will be applicable to customers with any credit cards issued by the Bank, including but not limited to DBS Credit Cards, COMPASS Card and DBS Co-branded Cards (except DBS Business Card and Manulife Card (with MediPlus)). - Who will be eligible for the Paper Statement Fee waiver?
- Cardholders aged 65 or above
- Cardholders who opt out of receiving paper statements for credit card(s)

Paper Statement Fee has become effective to credit card accounts from 1 January 2017. You will not be charged Paper Statement Fee for 2022 if you opt out from receiving paper statement for your credit card(s)!

I have a banking account and a credit card account. If I opt out of paper statements for my credit card account, but receive paper statements for the other after 1 Jan 2022, will I be charged?

Upon subscribing eStatement, if I require a paper statement as address proof for some application purposes, will I be charged? How do I request for a paper statement?
You can place the request via DBS iBanking:
- Login to DBS iBanking
- Select "Credit Card Paper Statement" under "Request Statement or Services"
Since you have subscribed to eStatement (stop receiving paper statement), the Bank will not impose any Paper Statement Fee due to the Paper Statement request. However, HK$15 service charge will be levied for each Credit Card Paper Statement Request.
I just applied for a DBS credit card with DBS iBanking service. Do I need to opt out from receiving paper statements?
How to subscribe eStatement service if I just applied for a DBS Credit Card, yet DBS iBanking service?
I have already opted out from receiving paper statements for my current DBS credit card. What if I apply for another DBS credit card, do I need opt out from receiving paper statements for the new one?

All you need is to login to DBS iBanking service> click "eStatement" under "My Accounts"> then click "Manage eStatement/eAdvice" > select "e-Copy" and adopt DBS eStatement service for all your cards.
What if I apply for another DBS Credit Card, is it necessary to subscribe eStatement for my existing and new card respectively?
Once you register for and login to DBS iBanking service with your Credit Card No. and Card Expiry Date*, your credit card will be automatically subscribed to DBS eStatement service.
