| Ms Maggie Yung is Managing Director, Head of Treasures & Distribution at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. She joined the bank in May 2019. Prior to joining DBS, she held senior positions at Citibank, Zurich Insurance Group, and Standard Chartered Bank. Maggie oversees the retail sales and service delivery of the Consumer Banking branch network and the delivery of banking products and wealth management services, including a wide range of deposit, loan, investment, and insurance services. On top of this, she also drives the DBS Treasures segment business. Driven, strategic and forward-thinking leader with more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, business development and digital business with multiple geographic experience including US, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Maggie has proven capability to formulate, drive robust strategy and transform the business models through innovation. With the accelerating adoption of digital channels, Maggie continues to lead the team to enhance our phygital customer journey, making online offline journey seamless and take DBS Treasures offerings and customer experience to a new level. Maggie holds a master’s degree in Information Technology, Macquarie University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, University of Hong Kong. |
