General Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions Governing the DBS Private Access (“Programme”) ​
Your participation in the Programme offered by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“DBS”) with the support by DBS Bank Ltd. constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Membership Eligibility and Validity
  1. The Programme is by invitation only to selected customers.
  2. Membership will be valid until 31 March each year and subject to renewal by DBS at its discretion.
General
  1. A digital DBS Private Access membership card will be issued by DBS to enable you to access privileges offered or made available under the Programme.
  2. Any digital DBS Private Access membership card issued is DBS’ property. The membership and privileges are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  3. You agree to present your digital DBS Private Access membership card at the point of payment or redemption or participation in any such privileges under the Programme.
  4. DBS may vary the frequency and manner of use of the DBS Private Access membership card, the types of persons eligible for the Programme and the locations where the Programme is available.
  5. DBS may add or remove any person, firm, company or organisation in Hong Kong or otherwise which, from time to time, participates in or is involved, directly or indirectly, in providing privileges under the Programme (the “Participant(s)”).
  6. Your use of or participation in the Programme shall also be subject to the terms and conditions as may be imposed by DBS and/or the Participant(s) in relation to the relevant privileges offered or made available under the Programme.
  7. DBS reserves the right to offer DBS privilege services under the Programme to, and withdraw DBS privilege services under the Programme from, any person at its sole discretion.
  8. Privileges offered or made available by DBS under the Programme are not valid with any other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges offered by DBS and/or any relevant Participant, unless otherwise stated.
  9. DBS is not liable (i) if you are deprived of any part of the Programme as a result of any action taken or non-action by any Participant and/or DBS, or (ii) for any failure by a Participant to perform any obligation or observe any term of the Programme. DBS shall not be liable or responsible in any way for the quality of any goods or services provided by any Participant or for any injury, loss or expenses which may be incurred or suffered by any person in connection with any product or service offered by any Participant.
  10. Any claims against or disputes with a Participant should be settled between you and the Participant. You agree not to claim against DBS.
  11. All information is correct at time of print and is subject to change without prior notice. DBS will not assume responsibility for changes which occur after printing.
  12. DBS may change these terms and conditions and/or the privileges under the Programme without prior notice. Amendments to the terms and conditions and/or Programme, including but not limited to changes to existing privileges will be updated on DBS’ website. Information on the website supersedes all prior communications. If you continue to participate in this Programme after the date of any such amendment, you will be deemed to have agreed with and accepted the revised Programme and/or terms and conditions. For a physical copy of the terms and conditions of the Programme, you may contact your Relationship Manager for assistance.
  13. DBS reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the Programme at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
  14. DBS is not an agent of the Participant(s) or vice versa.
  15. By participating in the Programme, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purposes of the Programme. You agree to the terms of DBS’s Data Policy Notice as well as DBS Bank Ltd.’s Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at official website of DBS > Data Policy and official website of DBS Bank Ltd. > Privacy Policy.
  16. Participation in the Programme is subject to there being no abuse/non-compliance by you, failing which DBS will debit the value of the privilege(s) from your account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts and DBS reserves the right to terminate the membership.
  17. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions relating to this Programme, these terms and conditions shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  18. DBS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Programme shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
DBS Private Access Lounge Access in Singapore​
The following Terms and Conditions apply to this service:

General

  1. Only DBS Private Access members can visit our lounges located at Singapore Changi International Airport Terminal 2 and 3.
  2. To access the lounges, please present your DBS Private Access digital membership card, passport and boarding pass** for registration.
  3. Up to 2 accompanying guests are permitted to the DBS Private Access lounge
  4. Access to the lounge for your accompanying guest(s) is subject to the following conditions:
    1. Joint Entry: All guests must enter the lounge simultaneously with the cardholder.
    2. Documentation: Each guest must present a valid passport and boarding pass upon entry.
    3. Same-Day Travel: Each guest must be traveling on the same flight as the cardholder.
    4. Guest Age: Individuals over the age of two are considered accompanying guests and are subject to these conditions. Children under the age of two may accompany the cardholder but are not counted towards the cardholder's guest allowance.
    5. Single Guest Entry per Visit: Members may not bring different guests when re-entering the lounge within the same day and/or duration of their initial visit. The same accompanying guest(s), if any, must accompany the member upon all re-entries.
  5. Accompanying guest will not count to member’s lounge visits entitlement.

​DBS Private Access Limousine Service in Singapore, Taipei, Jakarta, and Surabaya​ ​​

The following Terms and Conditions apply to this service:

  1. Limousine service refers to a one-way transfer from the following International Airport in one vehicle upon your arrival on a valid international flight to an agreed destination within the city:​
    1. Singapore Changi Airport, Singapore
    2. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta
    3. Juanda International Airport, Surabaya
    4. Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport
    5. Taipei Songshan Airport
  2. This service is exclusively offered to DBS Private Access members through a third-party Participant(s) and is not transferable.​
  3. All information and matters of your reservation(s) will be handled by the Participant. The Participant's representative may contact you should they require any information from you.​
  4. All reservations require minimum 24 hours advance notice. Reservations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight arrival time will not be able to guarantee an airport transfer.​
  5. Please switch on your mobile phone when you disembark from the aircraft, as your driver will send an SMS to your mobile phone to inform you that he/she is waiting at the arrival hall outside the designated luggage belt, holding a DBS Private Access welcome board bearing your name. Alternatively, you can request for Drive-way pick-up. In such cases, as driver is not allowed to wait at Drive-way till you are ready for the service, please contact your driver once you are ready, he will drive his vehicle to the pre-agreed door number for you. ​
  6. Please present your DBS Private Access digital membership card or Boarding Pass to the limousine driver for identification purpose.​
  7. Maximum of 4 pax & 4 luggage (standard check-in size) per transfer/vehicle. Please note if the number of passengers or luggage exceed the maximum capacity of the assigned vehicle, the service provider will have to reject the trip for safety reasons and to abide with the road traffic regulations. Members will be required to make alternate arrangement on their own. ​
  8. All individuals taking the same limousine transfer service must arrive on the same flight. Failure to comply may result in the limousine driver rejecting the ride.​
  9. The following charges shall apply to this reservation:​
    1. Amendments and Cancellations: Please provide us with at least 12 hours’ notice before your flight's scheduled service time. For amendments or cancellations made less than 4 hours before your flight's scheduled service time, an amount of SGD68 will apply to your account maintained with DBS and may result in the inability to provide the service.​
    2. Waiting times: Our drivers are pleased to wait for you for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled flight arrival time. As we want to ensure that we meet our service levels with all our members, there will be a chargeable fee of SGD15 (for Singapore trips) and TWD350 (for Taiwan trips) for every block of 30 minutes that your driver waits beyond the initial 60 minutes from the intended flight arrival time. Maximum 60 minutes is allowed. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey.
    3. Additional stops (applicable in Singapore only): We are pleased to accommodate maximum of two additional stops, with a fee of SGD15 per additional stop that is within 5km and/or SGD20 for more than 5km from one point to another. Simply indicate the destination address for the additional stop(s) when making your reservation. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey. Request for additional stops must be made in advance upon placing booking (minimally 24hours in advance), no additional stop(s) can be made mid-journey.​
    4. Non-arrivals: In the event of your non-arrival on the reservation date and time, a fee of SGD68 will apply to your account maintained with DBS. This non-arrival limousine booking will be considered utilised and therefore counted and deducted from limousine entitlements.​
    5. Booster seats or child restraints: All passengers under 1.35 metres in height will be required to be in a booster seats or child restraints as part of Singapore’s traffic safety regulations. Max two booster seats can be provided per transfer/vehicle. For Taiwan, the same requirement applies for children under 4 years old. Special arrangement for booster seat or child restraints must be made in advance (minimally 24hours from flight arrival). If you do not pre-request for a seat, your trip will be in breach of traffic safety standard. The assigned chauffeur reserves the right to reject the trip onsite. Rejected trip will be counted to your limousine trip utilisation. ​
    6. Rejected trips due to prohibited items: Animals and/or Pets are not allowed on board, even if they are in travel crates or bags. Should you arrive with any animal and/or pet, the designated chauffeur reserves the right to reject the trip onsite. Any rejected trip shall be considered utilisation of your limousine trips.​
  10. DBS makes no warranty or representation towards the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the goods and services of any Participant(s). Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the relevant Participant. DBS is not liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred arising from or in connection with the use of the Programme. DBS is not an agent of any Participant and vice versa.​
DBS Private Access Ambassador Service in Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport) and Surabaya (Juanda International Airport)​ ​
The following Terms and Conditions apply to this service:​ ​
  1. This service is exclusively offered to our DBS Private Access members through a third-party Participant(s) and is not transferable.​
  2. You and one accompanying guest who is on the same flight can enjoy the ambassador service. For additional guest(s), a fee of IDR275,000 per person is applicable. The Participant's representative will collect this minimal fee directly from you.​
  3. All information and matters of your reservation(s) will be handled by the Participant. The Participant's representative may contact you should they require any information from you.​
  4. All reservations require 24 hours advance notice. An SMS and/or email reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time for reservations made at least 36 hours in advance.​
  5. Please present your Private Access membership card, passport and/or boarding pass to the Participant's representative for identification purpose.​
  6. The following charges shall apply to this reservation:​
  7. Amendments and Cancellations: Please provide us with at least 12 hours notice before your flight's scheduled service time. For amendments or cancellations made less than 4 hours before your flight's scheduled service time, an amount of SGD49 will apply to your account maintained with DBS and may result in the inability to provide the service.​
  8. Non-arrivals: In the event of your non-arrival on the reservation date and time, a fee of SGD49 will apply to your account maintained with DBS.​
  9. DBS makes no warranty or representation towards the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the goods and services of any Participant(s). Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the relevant Participant. DBS is not liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred arising from or in connection with the use of the Programme. DBS is not an agent of any Participant and vice versa.
