Who can apply for Sports Care?
Selected DBS customers who hold a bank account or credit card, aged 18 – 64 years old who reside in Hong Kong and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card are eligible to apply for Sports Care.
What does the Sports Care cover?

It provides selected DBS customers with a free 3-month cover in relation to accidents while playing Covered Sports in Hong Kong.

When will Sports Care be available?
Sports Care will be launched on 31 Aug 2023 and is available for sign-ups until 14 September 2024.
How can a customer sign up for it?
From 31 Aug 2023 until 31 December 2023, customers can sign up online here. (Registration link: https://dbs.chubbdigital.com/hk/dbs/pweb/sportscare/en/) This offer is of a limited quota and will be offered on a first come first served basis.
When does the 3-month free cover start?
The 3-month free cover commences on the following day after your application and will expire automatically after 3 months. Successful applicants will receive an email acknowledgement from Chubb within five working days after submission of their applications.
What happens when the 3-month free cover ends?
The free cover will expire automatically after 3 months. Customers do not need to cancel the policy upon expiration.

How to Make a Claim

Submitting claims
You can submit your claim to Chubb online at Chubb Claim Centre www.chubbclaims-dbs.com.hk, or via e-copy to [email protected], or directly to the mailing address of Chubb

Supporting documents
You should complete a claim form and submit together with the supporting documents, including: (i) DBS statement or relevant document evidencing that you are a valid DBS Customer during the Period of Insurance; and (ii) original hospital receipts for any expenses incurred and statement of account with detailed breakdown; and (iii) diagnosis and treatment, including patient name and date of diagnosis, certified by a doctor; and (iv) any other documentary evidence required by Chubb, to Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited within thirty (30) days of the Event taking place.
Processing and payment of claims

Chubb will take all reasonable steps to pay a valid claim promptly.

Unless otherwise specified, Chubb will pay amounts under your Policy to you.

No payments under this Policy shall carry interest.
