DBS Hong Kong “Care more” Relief Programme
The SGD 10.5 million DBS Stronger Together Fund has been set up to help communities impacted by Covid-19 across the region in Asia, namely Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia and Taiwan. As part of this fund, DBS HK has announced the “Care more” Relief Programme to support the elderly and vulnerable groups by:
 | Supporting Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) to increase its Care-on-Call outreach service sessions by 20,000 service sessions, including calls and home visits, to better address the emotional and physical well-being of the elderly, who may face greater isolation or mobility challenges amid the outbreak. |
 | Procuring 30,000 hygiene and care packs from social enterprise Agent of Change, and distributing them to elderly in need. |
 | Sponsoring 10,000 “DBS Care more Food Packs” to cheer the community up through launching the staff matching fund donation program with Foodlink Foundation. |
