“Reborn Exhibition – We’re Back: Digital Transformation for SMEs” Digital Art Exhibition by DBS BusinessClass will be opened to public free for 3 days on 16-18 Mar at Preface Coffee & Wine, Causeway Bay. Please fill in this Event Registration Form to sign up and check in at the reception of 5/F Exhibition Hall on the attending date selected*. 

DBS BusinessClass《Reborn Exhibition：中小企數碼轉新──We are Back!》數碼藝術展覽將在3月16至18日期間於銅鑼灣Preface Coffee & Wine舉辦，一連3日免費對公眾開放。請填寫此登記表格，並在所選定的日期和當天的開放時間內前往位於5樓展廳的活動接待處簽到。

To make changes on confirmed dates: please click "Update my visit" here or in the confirmation email from DBS BusinessClass on your original sign-up and complete. Please indicate your email address (same as your original sign-up form) and a new date for the Exhibition and/or Seminars.
