    In the interest of the health and safety of our clients and employees, DBS Bank (Hong Kong) has adjusted its SME Banking Centres’ services until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Customers are encouraged to continue to access their banking services via IDEAL Online Banking, phone banking service or DBS BusinessCare hotline (852) 2290 8068.

    With immediate effect, the business hours of our SME Banking Centres are adjusted as follow:

    DBS Hong Kong SME Banking Centres – Central, Tsimshatsui

    Monday to Friday: 9am – 4pm

    Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday (Closed)

    Special arrangements to curb COVID-19 infections

    Meanwhile, to support efforts to curb infections, customers must wear a face mask to access and we will conduct body temperature screening upon customers’ arrival at our SME Banking Centres.  We apologize that customers with body temperature above 37.3 degree Celsius and/or under the Government Requirement for Compulsory Home Quarantine, will not be able to access the Centres, and customers are advised to seek medical consultation immediately.

    Our Centres are also carrying out the following preventive measures:

    1.   All staff should conduct body temperature check before work.  Persons with symptoms like fever and coughing should consult a doctor immediately and stay at home to rest. 

    1. Alcohol-based hand-rub is prepared in all Centres for customers  and staff to disinfect their hands before meeting.
    2. All staff must wear masks.
    3. Disinfection of all facilities in each Centre has been strengthened to ensure environmental hygiene.
    4. Arrangement to control number of persons inside Centre is in place.
