Delays in Postage Service
Following the latest special work arrangement announced by the Government, there is a special arrangement for postal services in place currently. Customers may have some delays in receiving physical copies of banking service-related documents including but not limited to bank statements, credit card statements, trade advice, and related mail, including transaction advice, notifications, cheque books and returned cheques. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will provide updates accordingly.
