We now accept and respond to audit confirmation requests through Confirmation.com. This new service offers faster turnaround times and enhanced security, allowing you to authorise DBS to confirm your positions and balances to your auditors quickly and easily. As our DBS customer, you can inform your auditors to submit their requests online via Confirmation.com.

Submitting a request for the first time? Fill in the DBS Customer Authorisation Letter here.
3 STEPS TO ONBOARD

Inform your auditors to register for the platform.
Once you signed the DBS Customer Authorisation Letter, scan as a PDF and pass the PDF to the auditor.
Registered auditors can initiate Audit Confirmation requests in the platform, attaching the PDF in the request for the first time.

As a customer, you do not need to log in to or create an account on Confirmation.com, as your auditors will complete this process.
Your auditors will contact you for authorisation.
