Please note:
1. Please log in Agoda account via designated Agoda website before you start booking.
2. The special conversion rate: DBS$1/$1 COMPASS Dollar = HK$1.43 is only applicable for redemption through Designated Agoda Website. The Offer cannot be redeemed at DBS Card+ app, and will not be displayed on Spending page of DBS Card+ as well.
3. Offer is not applicable to DBS Live Fresh Card and any transactions made via Agoda mobile app.

 

Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar to Redeem Designated Hotel Stays

Book a hotel room with "Pay Now" and "Non-Refundable" tags via designated Agoda website, successfully register for "Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar" function and immediately select the amount of DBS$/COMPASS Dollar for payment with Applicable Credit Cards during the promotion period to enjoy

  • DBS$7/$7 COMPASS Dollar equivalent to HK$10^
    (i.e Conversion rate of DBS$1/$1 COMPASS Dollar = HK$1.43)

Redemption Example

If you choose to partially offset the hotel booking transaction at Agoda with special conversion rate (i.e. DBS$1/$1 COMPASS Dollar = HK$1.43), you can save a lot on your hotel stays! Take below hotel spending as an example:

* Under the special conversion rate, DBS$1,000/$1,000 COMPASS Dollar is equivalent to HK$1,430 (i.e., DBS$1,000 x 1.43 / $1,000 COMPASS Dollar x 1.43).
Offer is applicable to selected hotels and room types with "Pay Now" and "Non-Refundable" tag.
After the adjustment of decimal places, under certain circumstances, the spending amount of the Eligible Hotel booking may not be set off fully. Principal Cardholders must meet the minimum credit card payment amount requirements set by Agoda for completing the offsetting transaction.

How to Register Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar to Redeem Designated Hotel Stays?

Step 1:
Log in Agoda account via designated Agoda website.

Step 2:
Book a hotel room with "Pay Now" and "Non-Refundable" tags via designated Agoda website. Upon entering the booking page, press【Log in】for registration in the "Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar" section!

Step 3:
You’ll be directed to the DBS website for registration. Follow the instructions to register for "Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar" function with your applicable DBS Credit Cards.

► To register, please enter:
  • Mobile phone number registered with DBS Bank
  • First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the applicable DBS Credit Card number
  • Expiry date of the Credit Card
► After that, you will:
  • Receive a One-Time Password via the registered mobile phone number

Step 4:
You will receive a notification of "Pay with DBS$/COMPASS Dollar" after entering the One Time Password correctly to verify your identity.

Please note: Registration and identity verification (as detailed in step 3) are required for each transaction.

Step 5:
After linking up the redemption function, you are required to immediately select the amount of DBS$/COMPASS Dollar used for redemption before completing the transaction in order to enjoy the offer.
