Special Branch Operation Arrangements

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have dedicated significant resources to transforming our business under the ‘new normal’. Special operational arrangements for our branches are in place because taking care of our employees and customers is our utmost priority.

Customers must wear a face mask when entering any of DBS HK branches and Treasures Private Client Centre. Body temperature screening shall be conducted upon customers’ arrival.  Please note that customers who

  • have body temperature above 37.3 degree Celsius and/or
  • are not wearing a mask and/or
  • are under the Government Requirement for Compulsory Home Quarantine,

are not allowed to enter any of our branches and Treasures Private Client Centre. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have enhanced infection preventative measures at our branches and Treasures Private Client Centre:

  1. All DBS employees conduct daily body temperature check before work. Those who have flu symptoms are advised to consult a doctor immediately and stay home to rest.
  2. Alcohol-based hand sanitisers are available for customers at all branches and Treasures Private Client Centre to clean their hands. DBS employees will also disinfect their hands before meeting with clients.
  3. All DBS employees must wear a mask at all times.
  4. Increased frequency of disinfection at all branches and Treasures Private Client Centre in order to meet the highest standards of hygiene.
  5. Control the number of people in branches and Treasures Private Client Centre to prevent cross infection.
