What is MixCare Health Membership*?
MixCare Health is a data-driven health and wellness platform which offers a one-stop healthcare solution designed to keep you both physical and mental wellbeing in check. With MixCare Health Membership*, users pay only for what they need at discounted and transparent fees directly to selected healthcare professionals. Preventive care is a major focus of MixCare Health. In addition to medical services, MixCare Health Membership* covers wellbeing with offerings such as mental care, fitness and dietary consultations, and caregiving services. The product puts power back in the hands of individuals, not systems, enabling everyone to access quality care at affordable prices. What is the 6-month MixCare Health Membership* offered by DBS?

It’s a 6-month MixCare Health Membership* for DBS customers to register and is free of charge. With the membership, you can:

  • access wellness marketplace with 1,000+ top medical and wellness services available at discounted price up to 70% off*; and
  • purchase 1-year outpatient medical pass at special price*. This medical pass can be an individual pass or family pass. Family pass covers children and parents, which is a bespoke protection to the family.
Who is eligible for the complimentary 6-month MixCare Health Membership*?
To be eligible for the complimentary 6-month MixCare Health Membership*, all of the following criteria must be satisfied:
  1. DBS customers who hold valid DBS bank account or credit card during the 6-month MixCare Health Membership period;
  2. aged 18-64 years old; and 
  3. hold valid Hong Kong Identity Card.

What happens when the 6-month membership valid period ends?

The complimentary membership will expire automatically after 6 months. Before membership expiry and upon MixCare obtaining your consent, MixCare Health will invite customers for renewal through email. This renewal will involve a membership fee. If customers choose not to renew, customers don’t need to respond to MixCare Health nor to cancel the membership upon expiration. The membership will expire automatically afterwards.
