We have launched a device binding features. Simply link your DBS Card+ app push account with your device to enable identity authentication when making transactions or managing your finances. It helps reducing the risk of being hacked.
If the geographical location, device or authentication method during
DBS Card+ app login is different from your previous login, we will send you an email and a push notification. This provides enhanced security against potential fraud.

If you have registered for a DBS Card+ app account, even if you change your SIM card while travelling overseas, as long as you have internet connectivity, you are still able to shop online with DBS Credit Cards by conducting an in-app authentication with your device that has already been bound to
DBS Card+ app. No One Time Password sent via SMS is required. It makes your overseas online shopping experience more convenient.
By enabling push notifications, you can also receive credit card transaction notifications anytime, anywhere. Fraudulent transactions could be noticed timely.

Our enhanced “anti-malware tool” shows alert messages and may restricts
DBS Card+ app access when it detects login attempts from mobile devices that are likely infected with malware or have settings that make it prone to security vulnerabilities. This is our security measure to safeguard you against potential malware threats.
The alert message will guide you on how to restore your DBS Card+ app access.
