
To ensure that only your trusted device can access your DBS Card+ account, safeguarding you from unauthorised access, we have upgraded the authentication process.
You are prompted to bind your device for first-time login to a new device or after reinstalling the DBS Card+ app, which now requires your HKID card and facial recognition instead of the SMS and email One Time Password (OTP) verification.
Friendly Reminder:
If you have already completed device binding, you can continue to log in to your DBS Card+ app with your bound device. No further action is required.

We have two updates on DBS Card+ app: first, while screen capture remains disabled for security, we have introduced a "Share" button on the end page of application and transaction journeys (e.g. “FPS by Card” and “Flexi Shopping”), allowing you to easily save important information.
Second, we have resolved the fingerprint login issue, so you can now securely and conveniently access DBS Card+ app with just a touch.

Now, when you are using the “Pay & Transfer” function, DBS Card+ app will proactively alert you if you are about to transfer money to an account labelled as “High Risk” on Scameter, helping you avoid potential scams.
Furthermore, you can now deactivate the functions to register new recipients and increase transfer limits, providing an extra layer of protection against unauthorised activities. Please note that additional authentication is required for reactivating these functions.

You can now view your CVV and full card information directly in the DBS Card+ app. No more searching for your physical card – simply check your details for online transactions and authenticate them securely within the app.
