    What is Audit Confirmation on DBS IDEAL?

    Audit Confirmation on DBS IDEAL is a one-stop solution for DBS Corporate customers to fulfill their annual Audit Confirmation requests without needing to send any physical instruction.  
    With the Audit Confirmation feature, you can:

    • Submit Audit Confirmation requests

    • Obtain instant notification of transaction status via email and SMS at various stages of your request

    • Retrieve completed audit request and download a copy of the Audit Confirmation response sent to auditors
    Can I access the Audit Confirmation module at any time?

    Yes, the Audit Confirmation module on DBS IDEAL can be accessed at any given time, on any given day, including weekends and Public Holidays. However, requests will only be completed earliest on next working day.
    Can I choose to receive both physical and softcopy Audit Confirmation responses?

    We strongly encourage the usage of softcopy to enjoy greater convenience, lower audit fees and collectively reduce our carbon footprint.
