During the promotion period, you can enjoy 25% one-off handling fee rebate* upon successful application for 3, 6 or 12-month Flexi Shopping instalments^@ via DBS Card+ app (“DBS Card+”) for a single transaction of HK$500 or above at a beauty, clothing, department store, jewellery & watches, dining, hotel, airline or travel agencies^{^} with an applicable DBS Credit Card.

Example 1: Made a single transaction of HK$3,000 at a dining merchant and successfully applied for 6-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ during the promotion period to enjoy HK$13.75 cash rebate, which is equivalent to 25% of the one-off handling fee payable for the eligible spending at Flexi Shopping.

Example 2: Made a single transaction of HK$110,000 at an Airline and successfully applied for 3-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ during the promotion period to enjoy HK$200 rebate, which is equivalent to 25% of the one-off handling fee payable for the eligible spending at Flexi Shopping, with the maximum one-off handling fee rebate being HK$200.

Example 3: Made a single transaction of HK$55,000 at a department store and HK$30,000 at a watch shop respectively and successfully applied for 6-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ for the transactions during the promotion period. The transaction of HK55,000 from the department store, being the highest single eligible spending of the 1st successful application, can enjoy HK$200 rebate, which is equivalent to 25% of the one-off handling fee payable for the eligible spending at Flexi Shopping. The transaction of HK$30,000 from the watch shop will therefore not be entitled to one-off handling fee rebate.

The customer then made a single transaction of HK$10,000 at a jewellery shop and successfully applied for 6-month Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee via DBS Card+ during the promotion period. As the customer had already received a one-off handling fee cash rebate from the 1st successful application, no more handling fee rebate will be given.

^* The maximum one-off handling fee rebate is HK$200 and is only applicable to the Designated Spending Categories. Each Cardholder can enjoy the Fee Rebate once only under this Promotion.
^{^}“Designated Spending Categories” refers to (i) Beauty, Clothing, Department Stores, Jewellery & Watches, Dining, Hotel, Airline, Travel Agencies spending only. The definition of Beauty, Clothing, Department Stores, Jewellery & Watches, Dining, Hotel, Airline and Travel Agencies is determined according to the merchant codes as defined by Visa International, Mastercard Asia/ Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and American Express International, Inc. or a merchant's acquiring bank. In case of any dispute over the definition of Designated Spending Categories, the relevant definition will be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion, and the Bank reserves the right of final decision. (ii) Any spending of Designated Spending Categories made through the following channels is not considered Eligible Spending, including but not limited to the spending through Scan & Pay function of DBS Card+, "Faster Payment System" or e-wallets (including but not limited to Octopus Card on Mobile, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK and PayMe) (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
^@Successful application for the Flexi Shopping means that the first instalment is posted to the Applicable Credit Card account during the Promotion Period.

How to apply Flexi Shopping Programme via DBS Card+ app after the spending

Promotion Period:

• 1/5/2025 – 31/7/2025 (Extended to 31/12/2025)

General Notes:

Only applicable for spending amount of HK$500 – HK$300,000 (single application). If the application amount is more than HK$300,000, please select Flexi Shopping that charged monthly interest.
All Flexi Shopping applications should be completed 6 working days before the payment due date printed on the monthly statement. Otherwise, you are required to first settle payment for the relevant Eligible Transaction in full before the payment due date. Once the application for the Programme is successful, the payment you made for the relevant Eligible Transaction will be credited to your Card Account and the relevant Eligible Transaction will be converted into a Flexi Shopping Transaction and net-off the statement balance in the following month.
If the transactions that you have applied for Flexi Shopping cannot be successfully converted into instalment transactions before the monthly statement is issued, and you have arranged “Autopay” service for your credit card account, you can call our Customer Service Hotline 2290 8888 at least two business days before payment due date to enquire whether the payment instruction can be amended or not.
If you apply for instalments for an eligible transaction made by DBS Black American Express® Card or eligible transaction of “iFlexi - up to 90-day Interest-free Repayment Period for Online Transaction”/ “Flexi Travel - up to 90-day Interest-free Repayment Period for Overseas and Travelling Transaction” promotion made by DBS Live Fresh Card via DBS Card+ app, you can only apply for Flexi Shopping for a single transaction only. If you apply for Flexi Shopping that charged one-off handling fee, that single transaction amount must be HK$500 or above. If you apply for Flexi Shopping that charged monthly interest, that single transaction amount must be HK$2,000 or above (Log in to DBS Card+ app > choose “Spending” page > select eligible transaction to start your application).
Maximum 500 eligible transactions can be selected for a single application via DBS Card+ app.
After the online application is successfully submitted, you will receive an email for your application. If there is any discrepancy between the information you submitted and the Bank's record, the Bank will contact you to follow up before the payment due date of the relevant transaction.

Notes for Auto Flexi Shopping

Auto Flexi Shopping Instruction can be cancelled any time after setting up.
After setting up Auto Flexi Shopping Instruction, when you spend with the credit card based on your instruction and the amount of a single spending falls within the Transaction Amount Range in your instruction, we will automatically submit an application for Flexi Shopping Programme for you to convert the relevant transaction to Flexi Shopping instalments based on your chosen tenor.
Auto Flexi Shopping Instruction shall be of continuing nature before the expiry date which you assigned in the instruction (unless cancelled by you or suspended by us when there are changes to the prevailing terms and conditions and/or fees and charges which will be accepted by you later).
The approval of your Flexi Shopping Programme application is subject to the available credit limit and status of your credit card account and our final decision. A confirmation letter will be issued for your records after we have processed the Flexi Shopping Programme application.
