+ Cardholders must register for “DBS Eminent Card Up To 5% Rebate Programme” via DBS Card+ app during the programme period, the eligible spending will be calculated for rebate according to this programme from the next calendar day upon successful registration. Designated Categories included dining, sportswear, fitness clubs and medical services. A single net spending of HK$300 or above of Designated Spending Categories is eligible for earning 5% rebate.
