HONG KONG, 16 July 2021 - DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“The Bank”) would like to alert our customers and the public of a phishing email sent from an email address “BANKALERTS@DBSBANKING.SG”. The potential phishing email claimed that customer had unauthorized transactions on credit card account and the transaction has been blocked. Public should also be aware of this suspicious phishing email.
If you receive any suspicious emails, please alert us immediately at (852) 2290 8888 and do not open any hyperlinks nor reply. We have reported the matter to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
If customers are concerned that they may have disclosed their personal information or have conducted any transactions through such emails, they should immediately contact the Police and DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited’s customer hotline at (852) 2290 8888.
