DBS Hennessy Road Branch (427-429 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) is temporarily closed after a staff worked on premise was reported to be a confirmed COVID-19 case on 6 February. Deep cleaning and sanitising has been done in the branch according to the CHP’s guidelines.
We take this case very seriously. All staff who work in this branch will go in quarantine for 14 days and undergo Covid-19 testing. This branch will remain closed until further notice. Customers are encouraged to continue accessing our banking services via internet, mobile or phone banking, or by visiting the nearby United Centre branch, at Shops 1015-1018 on 1/F & Shops 2032-2034 on 2/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty. We wish to assure our customers that their health and safety are our utmost concern and priority, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
