In the interest of the safety and health of our employees and customers, Tsim Sha Tsui branch (G/F – 1/F, Manson House, 74-78 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui) is temporarily closed for thorough cleaning and disinfection, after an outsourced cleaning lady who worked on premise was reported to be a new COVID-19 case on 18 July.
We take this case very seriously. All staff who work in this branch will get tested to ensure they are healthy. This branch will remain closed until further notice. Customers are encouraged to continue accessing our banking services via internet, mobile or phone banking, or by visiting the nearby Nathan Road branch, at G/F, Wofoo Commercial Building, 574-576 Nathan Road, Mongkok. We wish to assure our customers that their health and safety are our utmost concern and priority, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
