HONG KONG, 22 April 2020 - DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited would like to alert our customers and the public of bogus calls with a spoofed caller ID of the official DBS hotline as well as fake name cards featuring the DBS logo.
Customers are reminded to protect their personal information at all times. If you receive any bogus calls and suspicious name cards, please alert us immediately at (852) 2290 8888, to verify, and do not disclose any sensitive personal information. We have reported the matter to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
If customers are concerned that they may have disclosed their personal information or have conducted any transactions through such emails, they should immediately contact the Police and DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited’s customer hotline at 2290 8888.
