Important Notice about Samsung device fingerprint sensor issue

A fingerprint sensor issue may allow any fingerprint to unlock a fingerprint-protected device has been found to affect certain Samsung devices. Affected models include Galaxy Note 10/10+, S10/S10+, and Tab S6.

Customers utilizing Samsung’s fingerprint sensors are advised to utilize pattern, PIN, or passwords until a fix has been issued to prevent unauthorized access to their DBS applications, such as Digibank, iWealth or Omni.

Customers using Samsung Galaxy Note10/10+ and S10/S10+ are advised to install the latest biometrics preference system to fix the fingerprint recognition security issue to login DBS digibank, DBS iWealth, DBS Omni and DBS Loans App by Touch ID.
