We would like to inform you that the Transfer Fee payable by Hong Kong and international investors (“Investors”) for Northbound Trading through Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be revised respectively:
from 0.002% to 0.003%, effective on 15 February 2016; and
from 0.003% to 0.004%, effective on 15 August 2016;
each on the consideration of each transaction in China Connect Securities per side.
