Functional Enhancement of DBS iBanking and DBS mBanking

With effect from 23 Nov 2015, the following new features are implemented on DBS iBanking and DBS mBanking:

  • New customers can simply register for / activate DBS iBanking / mBanking service using the “Get Started” button on the login page. For existing customers, you can retrieve your username or reset your password online if you have forgotten your DBS iBanking / mBanking username or password. Upon completion, you can login and enjoy our various services.
  • You can change your DBS iBanking / mBanking password via DBS iBanking. New password must be made up of 8 to 30 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
  • You can register a third party account as a new payee and set the daily limit of funds transfer to non-registered third party accounts via DBS iBanking with your Secure Device and SMS One Time Password. The instruction will become effective immediately.
  • If you have subscribed to eStatement service, you can view up to 84 eStatements issued within the past 7 years on DBS iBanking.
