We will check payee’s name for FPS deposit of any amount.
Please remind your sender to use your FULL account name registered with DBS (instead of your nickname) for any transfer to your account number; otherwise, the transfer will be rejected. You can check your full registered name on your bank statement. You can also register and ask your sender to use your FPS proxy ID (mobile number/ email address) for more convenience.

As such, please remind your sender to use your FULL account name registered for your Wealth Management Account (instead of your nickname) when making any transfers to your Wealth Management Account number. Please also note that the format of the Wealth Management Account number should be without hyphen, e.g. for account P-123456, please input P123456; otherwise, the transfer will be rejected. You can check your full account name registered for your Wealth Management Account on your bank statement.
No, you cannot link up your Wealth Management Account to your mobile number or email address for receiving FPS inward payments.
