New Arrangement For Unregistered Pre-Paid SIM cards
According to the Office of the Communication Authority, unregistered pre-paid SIM cards can no longer be used after 23 Feb 2023. If you’re using an unregistered pre-paid SIM card number as your contact number with us, please complete registration with your service provider, or update another valid contact number (if any) in our record to access all our Digital Banking services and receive our notifications.
