Handling Fee of Hotel Points RedemptionA handling fee of HK$100 will be charged for every 5 conversion units (i.e. the basic hotel point units corresponding to the basic conversion rate of each hotel loyalty programme as stated above, or any part thereof) of the relevant hotel points redeemed in each redemption, and there is no maximum charge per redemption. The handling fee will be charged to the cardholder’s credit card account. Cardholders of DBS Black World Mastercard^® and DBS Black American Express^® Card are entitled to a waiver of the handling fee.
