Why did I not receive the push notification from DBS Card+ app?

Please check if the push notification of DBS Card+ app has been turned on in device settings.

  • iOS: Go to “Settings” > “Card+ HK” > “Notifications” > Turn on “Allow Notifications”
  • Android: Go to “Settings” > “Apps” > “Card+ HK” > “Notifications” > Turn on “Show Notifications”
I have missed the push notification, how can I approve the transaction?
You may open DBS Card+ app directly and complete the authentication within 100 seconds. The authentication page will be displayed right after your log in.
What should I do if I did not approve the transaction on DBS Card+ app within 100 seconds?
If 100 seconds have passed, you will see an expiry message and we suggest you go to the merchant's online transaction page to process the authentication again.
What should I do if I have wrongly selected "Reject" on the authentication page?
If you have selected "Reject" on the authentication page, please go to the merchant's website/app to trigger the transaction again.
