DBS PriorityPay is a value added service enabling our customers to effect faster and cheaper telegraphic transfers within DBS network. It also provides an alert to the payor once his beneficiary's account has been credited.

Key features include:

  • Speed             : Beneficiaries credited within 10 minutes for eligible currencies and corridors*.
  • Cost effective  : $0 Correspondent Bank fee.
  • Transparency  : Receive an email/sms alert once the beneficiary is credited.

* Subject to regulations in the beneficiary country/region.

How does a customer initiate a DBS PriorityPayment ?
Telegraphic transfers initiated by customers will automatically be transformed into PriorityPay if the beneficiary account is within the DBS network i.e. with one of the overseas DBS Branch mentioned below.
Which are the participating DBS branches for PriorityPay?

All telegraphic transfers between the following branches will be considered as a PriorityPay.

How do we access DBS PriorityPay on IDEAL?

Telegraphic transfers effected via IDEAL will be processed as PriorityPay if the beneficiary is within the DBS network (refer to the list of participating DBS branches).

Are there any additional charges for this service?
No. There are no additional charges for this service. In addition, cable charges will be waived. More cost effective than standard Telegraphic transfer.
What do customers need to do to enjoy the benefits of DBS PriorityPay?

There is no special setup required for effecting payments.

How do customers sign up for the credit confirmation alert?

Customers can sign up for the credit confirmation via IDEAL under the following :
