The China internet sector has registered stronger growth than the overall macro economy after the country's reopening. The regulatory environment has also turned more favourable, reaffirming our earlier view that the government is supportive of platform economies and the internet sector.
We expect the internet sector’s growth to accelerate as regulatory uncertainties fade and fundamentals improve. Among the various sub-segments, we prefer online travel agencies, followed by food delivery and online games.
